Day 01: Arrival at Delhi

Arrive at Delhi, meet and assistance at the airport / railway station and transfer to the hotel. Night stay at Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi

After breakfast proceed for city sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting Old & New Delhi

OLD DELHI

A sight-seeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India.

NEW DELHI

An extensive sight-seeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, and the President's Residence and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Night stay at Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi - Samode (By Surface)

Morning after breakfast drive to Samode. Arrive Samode and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Samode. At Samode, you may have an enjoying camel ride over the sand dunes or explore the heritage character of the village. Evening at leisure watching cultural performances. The Samode Palace displays the excellence of Rajasthani architecture. It is built in that pattern of an open courtyard with rooms leading off the arched corridor that runs along all the four sides of building. The painstakingly carved Sultan Mahal reflects an artists Zest for creativity and excellence. Durbar Hall is painted with Ornate floral motifis and colored delicately with vegetable pigments carries a charm of its own. Night stay at Samode.

Day 04: Samode - Jaipur (By Surface)

Morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting.

CITY PALACE

A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.

JANTAR MANTAR

This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use. Night stay in Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur

Morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting.

AMBER FORT PALACE

Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds its ultimate expression.

HAWA MAHAL

The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-storey structures of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.

Day 06: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (By Surface)

Morning after breakfast drive to Agra en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri , a perfectly preserved red sandstone "ghost town" which was the estranged capital of mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed. After visiting continue drive to Agra. Arrive Agra and check-in hotel. Night stay at Agra.

Day 07: Agra

Morning after breakfast proceed for city sightseeing tour of Agra; the home of the immortal Taj Mahal, the inimitable poem in white marble is the first expression of love of an Emperor Shahjahan for his queen Mumtaz Mahal. This great monument was completed in 1653 AD. Agra Fort, the imposing structure on the banks of the river Yamuna is replete with priceless examples of craftsmanship in the Mughal period, including the beautiful pearl Mosque; it was designed and built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. Night stay at Agra.

Day 08 : Agra - Jhansi (By Train)- Khajuraho

After breakfast departure transfer to the railway station to board train for Jhansi. Assistance on arrival and transfer to Khajuraho. Arrive Khajuraho and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. Khajuraho temples once the great capital of Chandela, now a quiet town, Khajuraho temples here were built during the Chandela period from 950 to 1050 AD. Almost intriguing as the sheet beauty and the size of the templesis the question of why and how they were built here as Khajuraho is isolated, 1000 years ago as it is even today. Night stay at Khajuraho.

Day 09: Khajuraho - Varanasi (By Flight)

Morning after breakfast departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay at Varanasi.

Day 10: Varanasi

Early morning after breakfast boat cruise on river Ganges. After breakfast proceed for excursion trip of Sarnath, 7km from the city where Buddha preached his first sermon more than 2500 years ago. The site is marked by the massive Dhamek Stupa which is believed to date back to 500 AD. Night stay in Varanasi.

Day 11: Varanasi - Delhi (By Flight) and Departure )

Morning after breakfast departure transfer to airport to board the flight for Delhi. Arrive Delhi and catch the flight for onward journey.Tour ends with sweet memories.
