Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Arrive Delhi, meet and assistance at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Night stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi - Jaipur (By Surface)

After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and check-in at hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting

CITY PALACE

A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.

JANTAR MANTAR

This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use. Night stay in Jaipur.

Day 3: Jaipur

After breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride ascent to the fort.

AMBER FORT PALACE

Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds its ultimate expression.

HAWA MAHAL

The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-storey structures of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.

BIRLA TEMPLE

Situated in the south of Jaipur, Laxmi Narayan Temple is one of the many such temples built by wealthy Birla family in India, thus it is also known as Birla Mandir. The temple is a great reminder of the secular traditions India has shown over the centuries. The temple has been constructed in white marble and has three domes, each portraying the different approaches to religion. The temple is situated at the foot of Moti Doongri Fort, converted as a small palace by Ram Singh II for his wife Gayatri Devi. Night stay in Jaipur.

Day 4: Jaipur - Ranthambhore (By Road)

After breakfast drive to Ranthambhore. Arrive Ranthambhore & check in at hotel. Night stay in Ranthambhore.

Day 5: Ranthambhore

Early morning enjoy Jungle safari in a Canter (a vehicle which is openon the top) enjoy the game viewing in the national park and back to the hotel. After lunch second visit to jungle and enjoy the game viewing again. Night stay in Ranthambhore.

Day 6: Ranthambhore - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (By Surface)

After breakfast drive to Agra en-route visit Fatehpur sikri, a perfectly preserved red sandstone "ghost town" which was the estranged capital of mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed. After visiting continue drive to Agra. Arrive Agra and check-in at hotel. Night stay in Agra.

Day 7: Agra - Varanasi (By Overnight Train)

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and visit the world famous Taj Mahal, Built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Also visit Agra Fort, containing the pearl mosque - the rusty and majestic red sandstone fort of Agra stands on the bank of river Yamuna and Emperor Akbar started the construction in 1566. At the Diwan-I-Khas (Hall of Private Audience) where marble pavilions with floral inlays lend on ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded peacock throne and met foreign ambassador and rulers of friendly kingdoms. departure transfer to the railway station to board the train for Varanasi. Overnight in train.

Day 8: Arrive Varanasi

Arrive Varanasi, meet and assistance at the railway station and transfer to the hotel. Evening view "Aarti" ceremony on the Ghats. Night stay in Varanasi .

Day 9: Varanasi - Delhi (By Flight)

Early morning enjoy boat cruise at the river Ganges to observe the way of life of pilgrims by the Ghats. Later back to the hotel and breakfast. After breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed for excursion to Sarnath, 10 kms. East of Varanasi, is one of the Buddhism's major centers of India. After attaining enlightenment, the Buddha came to Sarnath where he gave his first sermon. Also visit the deer park and the museum. Later departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi. Arrive Delhi pick-up from airport and transfer to the hotel. Night stay in Delhi.

Day 10: Delhi and Departure

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed for city sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting Old & New Delhi

OLD DELHI

A sight-seeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India.

NEW DELHI

An extensive sight-seeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President's Residence and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. After sightseeing departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for onward journey. Tour ends with sweet memories..
